Replit
On 14th November 2023 Replit announced they are withdrawing their Teams for Education feature.
That means TIME 2 CODE is no longer supported in Replit. Here is a summary of their communication to users:
- November 14th, 2023: Notification was sent to Teams for Education users about the deprecation.
- November 15th, 2023: Deprecation effective. New team creation disabled. As of this date the service will not receive further updates or bug fixes and the creation of new teams has been disabled.
- By end of March 2024: Users will receive a comprehensive resource kit. This kit will include Teams for Education documentation, tools, and detailed instructions to download your data, along with additional resources.
- End of March 2024: Removal of Teams for Education documentation from docs.replit.com.
- August 1, 2024: Teams for Education will be removed from the Replit product and data deleted.
Replit are a completely independent company from CraignDave. We have no official links or partnership with them and had no advance knowledge that they were going to do this. Please direct questions that you have about Teams for Education to them.
We are not currently planning to support TIME 2 CODE in another platform. This scheme of learning works with Trinket on this site, and all offline IDEs. We do not have any recommendations for free platforms that are similar to Replit.
